LIVE ART ZINE opened as a place for international live art in 2025.
Live Art combines a conceptual, interdisciplinary tradition from visual art with a personal, bodily tradition from performance art. We present Danish and international artists who explore our shared reality through innovative situations and solutions, experiments and live encounters.
Live Art is art as a strategy, and not as a form. That means: choosing the fitting medium to explore a certain idea, rather than a medium you master. If you create a choreography because you are a dancer; or soundbased works because you are a musician - then ZINE is not the place for you.
LIVE ART ZINE is run by Live Art Danmark, which curates and tours nationally and internationally since 2004.
